Shareholders will look into amending article of incorporation No. 21 as regards the necessary that each board member should own guarantee shares worth $250 thousand.
They will also discuss amending article of incorporation No. 57 as regards periodic dividend distributions.
The company’s Q1 financial results had shown $23 million net profit, with a 14% rise y/y from $20 million.
