Electro Cable Egypt announced that Alhosn for Consulting purchased 5.6 million shares in the company.
Accordingly, the stake owned by Alhosn in the company will amount to 9.22%.
Electro Cable had reported EGP 12.2 million net profit in Q1-14, with a surge by 510% compared with EGP 2 million in the same period a year earlier.
