Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) announced that an ordinary general meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, 9:00 a.m. at Nile City Towers.
Shareholders will look into ratifying the board and auditor’s reports, as well as financial results for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.
The company had posted EGP 3.767 million standalone revenue in FY13, EGP 81 million standalone gross loss and EGP 331 million standalone net loss.
Board members will be discharged from liability for FY13. The auditor will be re-appointed and have his pay fixed for FY14.
OCI operates with EGP 5 billion authorized capital, and EGP 1.044 billion issued capital, divided into 208.938 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
