Marsa Marsa Alam For Tourism Development announced that Chairman Ahmed Kamal Al-Olaimy sold 1 million shares in the company during Tuesday’s session.
Accordingly, the chairman’s stake was reduced to 45.7%.
Al-Olaimy had sold in May 1 million shares in the company at EGP 5.07 each, totaling EGP
5.07 million.
The company is capitalized at EGP 30 million, divided into 30 million shares at EGP1 par value each.
