Grand Capital for Financial Investments (GCFI) will hold today, Sunday, July 13, 2014, an ordinary general meeting to look into ratifying financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2013, in addition to the board and auditor’s reports for the same FY.
The company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2014 had shown EGP 1.6 million net profit, against EGP 2.5 million net loss a year earlier. Meanwhile, standalone financial statements mirrored EGP 638.6 thousand net profit, against EGP 3 million net loss. The company had logged EGP 1.32 million net loss in the nine-month period that ended on December 31 ,2013, against EGP 635 thousand net profit in the year-ago period.
