The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced it executed today, Tuesday, July 15, a transaction of transferring the ownership of 2.5 million shares, or 90% in Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation, which is owned by the shareholding workers’ union, to Holding Company for Land Reclamation and Ground Water Research.
According to the company’s statement, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) nodded to not posting the mandatory tender offer from the holding company.
