Nile City Investment Co. announced that an extraordinary general meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, 9:00 a.m. at Fairmont Hotel Nile City.
The EGM will look into increasing the company’s issued capital by EGP 100 million through a rights issue for original shareholders, pro rata, at par value.
Subscription right may be traded separately or along with original shares.
Shareholders will also discuss depositing 25% of the capital increase in Ahli United Bank (AUB).
Articles of incorporation will be amended accordingly.
