Saudi Co. for Developing Construction decided to carry out a mega tourism and housing project in the 6th of October City, Egypt, with total investments of EGP 3 billion (nearly $420 million).
The Saudi firm has signed a contract for selling a land plot in the 6th of October City after having paid EGP 192 million to the Egyptian government.
