Today, Thursday, July 24, 2014, is the record date for the rights issue of Arab Drug and Chemical Industries.
The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) had approved a request from the company to invite shareholders to subscribe to shares of increasing issued capital.
The company’s extraordinary general meeting had approved raising issued and paid-in capital by EGP 19.5 million from EGP 40.5 million to EGP 60 million at EGP 10 par value plus issue costs each.
Subscription rights will be traded separately. The company had posted EGP 1.8 million net profit before tax in H1-13/14.
