Egypt’s car assembler Ghabbour Auto (GB Auto) will hold an extraordinary general meeting today.
The EGM will look into articles of incorporation No. 6 and 11 as regards incentive shares.
The company had reported EGP 71.5 million net profit in Q1-14, compared with EGP 67.6 million in the same period a year earlier.
