Modern Shorouk Printing and Packaging Co. announced that coupon No. 8 will be paid at EGP 0.50 per share as of August 7, 2014.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on Monday, August 4 will be entitled to the dividend distribution.
The company posted EGP 4.2 million consolidated net profit for Q1-14, with a fall by 33% compared with EGP 6.3 million net profits in the same period a year earlier.
