Indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) have rallied till Monday’s mid-session, amid buoyant trading activity on most blue chips led by CIB.
The benchmark index EGX30 rose 1.2% or 105.4 points to reach 8907.7 points, crossing the 8900 barrier for the first time in six years.
The small and mid-cap index EGX70 added 0.69% or 4.33 points to 627.88 points.
The broader index EGX100 gained 0.68% or 7.49 points to 1111.15 points.
