Global Telecom Holding announced that an extraordinary general meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014, 2:30 p.m. in New Cairo.
The EGM will look into approving the divestiture of a 51% stake owned in Orascom Telecom Algeria to Algeria’s national investment fund.
