The board of Al Ezz Dekheila Steel Co. - Alexandria (EZDK) will hold a meeting on Monday, August 11 ,2014, to discuss endorsing the audit committee’s report on initial independent financial statements for the fiscal period that ended on June 30, 2014.
The board will also look into the board’s report on H1 financial results and standalone financial statements for the same period.
The company operates with issued and paid-in capital of EGP 1.336 billion, divided into 13.364 million shares at EGP 100 par value each.
