The EGX securities listing committee gave the go-ahead for listing the 17 million secondary shares of Modern Waterproofing on August 21.
The company earlier announced increasing capital from EGP 102 million to EGP 119 million. The EGP 17 million increase is divided into 17 million bonus shares.
