Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Co. announced completing the deal of purchasing 66,376 shares of Cairo for Development and Car Manufacturing. Thus, its shareholding reaches 89.9%.
First Financial Consulting had set the fair value of Cairo for Development at EGP 1128, assuming the continuity of the company’s activities.
