Riva Pharma announced, in a statement to the stock market, that Mahmoud Abdullah Fekry, shareholder, sold 147.174 thousand shares in the company during Monday’s session.
Thus, the shareholder reduced his stake in the company to 30% from 36.6%.
Riva Pharma had posted $0.528 million net profit in the first nine months of the current fiscal year, compared with $0.607 million net profit in the same period a year earlier.
