Minister of Communications and Information Technology Atef Helmy said on Tuesday that the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has approved all the points that have been agreed upon with the three mobile operators and Telecom Egypt (TE) on the unified license, according to Youm7.
The unified license memo will be presented to the Cabinet in preparation for the launching of the unified license, which is likely to take place early September 2014, he added.
