The board of Cairo Medical Center has approved the voluntary delisting of the company’s stock from the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The company had announced earlier the execution of a tender offer made by Creed Healthcare Ltd for 100% of the company’s shares at EGP 75 each, totaling EGP 106.8 million.
The company is capitalized at EGP 27 million, divided into 2.7 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
