Ameco Medical Industries announced that coupon No. 10 will be paid at EGP 0.765 per share in five installments.
The first installment will be paid at EGP0.1125 per share as of September 15; the second one at EGP 0.1125 per share as of December 31, 2014; the third one at EGP 0.1800 per share as of March 30, 2015; the fourth one at EGP 0.1800 per share as of June 30, 2015; and the fifth one at EGP 0.1800 per share as of September 30, 2015.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on September 10 will be entitled to the dividend distribution.
The company had posted EGP 3 million net profit for H1-14, with a decline by 32% compared with EGP 4.3 million net profit in the year-ago period.
Q1 net profit had amounted to EGP 1 million, compared with EGP 1.7 million net profit in Q1-14.
FY13 net profit had advanced 52% to EGP 9.55 million from EGP 6.26 million a year earlier.
