The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) decided to cancel six transactions executed today on ASEC Co. for Mining (ASCOM).
The bourse cited violations of the executive regulation of Law No. 95/1992, which prohibits placing orders with the aim of giving inaccurate trading data or manipulating the stock price.
The company had logged EGP 1.8 million net loss in H1-14, widening 6% y/y from EGP 17.8 million net loss.
