The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development is preparing for opening a large number of drinking water and sanitation stations in some governorates this month.
In addition, 14 stations are set to be completed and will be opened the next month, with a total capacity of 856 thousand cubic meters per day and a cost of EGP 2.893 billion for 20 water projects, and a total capacity of261 thousand cubic meters per day and a cost of EGP 1.122 billion for 10 sanitation projects.
