The extraordinary general meeting of Atlas for Land Reclamation and Agricultural Processing endorsed on Saturday, September 13 increasing issued and paid-in capital to EGP 60 million from EGP 20 million.
The EGP 40 million is divided into 4 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
The EGM also approved trading subscription rights attached to or separated from original shares.
The company is currently capitalized at EGP 20 million, divided into 2 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
