Canal Shipping Agencies Co. announced that an ordinary general meeting will be held on September 28, to look into ratifying financial statements, as well as dividend plan and the board’s report for the fiscal year 2013/2014.
Board members will be discharged from liability for the same FY.
The company’s FY13/14 adjusted financial results had shown EGP 33.5 million net profit, with 1% rise year-over-year from EGP 33.183 million.
