BLOM Bank Egypt announced increasing issued capital from EGP 900 million to EGP 1 billion.
The EGP 100 million increase will be financed from shareholders’ share in retained earnings and FY13 profit.
A total of 10 million bonus shares will be issued at EGP 10 par value each, as per the decision of the bank’s ordinary and extraordinary general meetings dated March 26, 2014.
The bonus share distribution will be effected at 0.1111111111-for-1, as of Monday, September 29, to shareholders of record till the close of trading on Sunday, September 28, 2014.
