The UAE’s investment and real estate development Stanly Group for has revealed plans to pump investments worth EGP two billion in Alexandria, Egypt. The investments will be directed towards expansions in the hotel and real estate sectors, the Company noted.

Stanly is amongst the most promising Gulf companies in the Alexandrian market, government sources in the Egyptian seaside governorate said, adding that Stanly had won usufruct rights for Le Prince Casino and Restaurants in Al Montazah Parks in Alexandria during the past week.

Stanly has succeeded in adding several massive land plots to its property portfolio in Al Raml in Alexandria, Stanly Group’s CEO Moheb Abdel Bary said.
