Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC) announced that coupon No. 11 will be paid at EGP 7 per share as of October 15 to shareholders of record till the close of trading on Sunday, October 12.
The ordinary general meeting endorsed on Saturday the distribution of cash dividend at EGP7/share from the net profit recorded in FY14. The company’s board had ratified financial indicators for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2014, showing that net profit fell 14% to EGP 701 million, compared with EGP 818.6 million net profit a year earlier.
The company achieved EGP 8.7 billion total revenues in FY13/14, compared with EGP 8.5 billion in FY12/13.
Financial results for the first nine months of FY13/14 had shown EGP 601 million net profit, with a slight decrease by 0.16% from EGP 602 million net profit in the same period a year earlier.
