The GMC Group for Industrial, Commercial and Financial Investments announced adding an issue cost of EGP 0.05 to its issue price. The company aims to increase the issued capital from EGP 34.999 million to EGP 104.999 million.
The extraordinary general meeting had earlier approved raising the issued capital from EGP 34.999 million to EGP 104.999 million through issuing 34.999 million shares at a par value of EGP 2 each and an issue cost of EGP 5 each.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on 21/09/2014 will be entitled to the rights issue that will run from September 24 until October 29.
