The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) has carried out a block trading transaction on 2,279,050 shares in United Housing and Development at a total value of EGP 38,743,850.
The company is capitalized at EGP 108.7 million, divided into 87 million shares at EGP 1.25 par value each.
The property developer posted a rise by 55% in H1-14 net profit to EGP 14.6 million, compared with EGP 9.4 million in the same period a year earlier.
