Cairo Investment and Real Estate Development announced that coupon No. 17 will be paid at EGP 0.50 per share as of September 30, 2014.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on Thursday, September 25, 2014 will be entitled to the dividend payout.
The company had posted consolidated net profit of EGP 14.2 million for H1-14, with a slight rise by 0.4% from EGP 14.1 million in the same period a year earlier.
H1 non-consolidated financial statements had mirrored a decline in net profit by 18% to EGP 8.3 million, compared with EGP 10.1 million in the same period a year earlier.
The company’s Q1-14 net profit had reached EGP 10.3 million, compared with EGP 12.3 million in Q1-13. FY13 net profit had amounted to EGP 19.1 million, compared with EGP 23.5 million a year earlier.
