El Dawlia Fertilizers and Chemicals announced the distribution of 5 million bonus shares at EGP 2 each, as per the decisions of the company’s ordinary and extraordinary general meetings dated March 26 and April 7 respectively.
The company had previously paid coupon No. 2 at EGP 0.20 per share.
The company had logged EGP 1.4 million net loss in FY13/14, against EGP 1.7 million net profit a year earlier.
Financial statements for Q1-FY14 showed EGP 1.2 million net profit , with growth by 178% from EGP 429 thousands in the same period a year earlier.
The company had posted EGP 6.83 million net profit in FY13, compared with EGP 6.4 million net profit a year earlier.
