The listing committee of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) decided on Wednesday to list shares of increasing the capital of Ismailia Misr Poultry Co. from EGP 263,685,000 to EGP 359,425,996.
The EGP 95,740,996 increase is divided into 23,935,249 shares at EGP 4 par value each.
The committee decided to list the company’s post-increase shares on EGX database as of the start of trading on Wednesday, November 5.
