Upper Egypt Contracting Co. will pay cash dividend at EGP 0.10 per share on Sunday, November 23, to shareholders of record till the close of trading on Tuesday, November 18. The ordinary general meeting, held in May, had approved the payment of cash dividend at EGP 0.10 per share. The EGX-listed contractor posted EGP 66.637 million net earnings for FY2013, with a rise of 7.4% year-on-year from EGP 62.053 million.
