The ordinary general meeting of Beltone Financial Holding approved on November 23 the board’s proposal for distributing bonus shares at 0.5-for-1.
The extraordinary meeting also gave the go-ahead for the board’s recommendation on increasing issued capital from EGP 83.655 million to EGP 125.483 million through distributing bonus shares, to be financed from retained earnings according to financial statements on Dec. 31, 2013.
Shareholders also mandated chairman and managing director to take the necessary procedures for amending Articles No. 6 and 7 of the Articles of Association.
