Cairo Oils and Soap Co. has logged EGP 13.3 million net loss for Q1-14/15, narrowing 9% from EGP 14.6 million reported in the same period a year earlier.
The company had posted EGP 33.488 million net loss for the fiscal year FY13/14, representing an improvement by 17% from EGP 40.369 million net loss a year earlier.
The company had decided to reduce the stock par value from EGP 10 to EGP 5. Issued capital will remain unchanged at EGP 80 million, divided into 16 million shares instead of 8 million, at EGP 5 par value each.
