Egypt’s bourse decided to stop trading on the stock of Cairo Medical Center as of Thursday, Nov. 27, as per the provisions of article 55 of the listing regulations and article 74 of the executive regulations.
The company’s legal representative had earlier submitted a request to voluntarily delist the company’s shares reaching 2.7 million at a par value of EGP 10 each, in line with the decision of the company’s extraordinary general meeting taken in Sept.
The free float of Cairo Medical Center reaches nearly 1329714 shares.
