The bonus shares of Engineering Industries Co. (ICON) will start trading as of Thursday Dec. 18.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on Wednesday, Dec. 17 were eligible for the 0.5-for-1 bonus share distribution.
On November 23, the stock market received documents of listing the company’s shares to raise issued capital from EGP 71.280 million to EGP 106.920 million.
The EGP 35.640 million increase is divided into 8.910 million shares at EGP 4 par value each.
