Cairo-Mubasher: Shareholders of Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Company (AIND) gave a nod on Saturday to the buy offer submitted by Beltone Financial to assume the executive management of the company.

The chairman was mandated to ink the contract with Beltone.
