Pioneers Holding for Financial Investment Co. said Tuesday that it will hold Extraordinary General meeting-EGM to discuss the company's capital increase to EGP 3.35 billion.

The EGM will also look into cancelling its earlier decision of increasing the company's capital from EGP2.5 billion to EGP2.8 billion.

 
Pioneers said the capital increase will be effected through issuance of 170 million shares at EGP17.63 each.
