Dubai – Mubasher: AZIZI Developments is currently seeking to enter the Arabian Gulf markets, CEO Ali Omar told Mubasher in an e-mail interview, adding that this coincides with his company’s desire to enter the Egyptian market, which it has been eyeing closely.

The Egyptian market is one of the most promising real estate markets, he said, noting that AZIZI Developments constantly seeks to launch ambitious projects worldwide and provide the best innovative real estate solutions to customers through an integrated portfolio of unique projects that meet their needs and expectations.

AZIZI has taken care to keep up with developments in the Egyptian market to determine the most suitable time to enter the market through leading projects, the CEO affirmed.

Omar also revealed that a company delegation is planning to visit Cairo sometime this year to showcase its Dubai-projects. This will be done through AZIZI Development’s participation in CityScape Cairo, a major event for the real estate and property sector.

AZIZI seeks to expand in the UAE and the Arabian Gulf as part of its ambitious strategy to become a regional real estate pioneer, the CEO highlighted in his interview, adding that the company is currently focusing on Dubai as it offers many opportunities to grow AZIZI’s investment portfolio.

The firm does not plan to list on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) or carry out any mergers or acquisitions at the present time, Ali Omar stated, indicating that better and more important opportunities may arise in the future.

AZIZI Developments launched five projects in 2014, namely: Azizi Liatris, Azizi Iris, Azizi Feirouz, Azizi Orchid, Azizi Yasamine.

Azizi Iris has been sold out, whereas the sales of the remaining four have reached 70%.

To date, AZIZI Developments has invested nearly AED 4.5 billion in Dubai’s real estate sector, the CEO concluded.
