Kahira Pharmaceuticals posted net profits before taxes of EGP 4.7 million in February 2014, compared with EGP 6 million for the same period of 2013, a decline of 13.3%.

The company reported a net profit of EGP 21 million in the six month period ended 31 December 2014, down by 17.2% from the same period of the previous year.

The company is capitalised at EGP 119.475 million, divided into 11.947 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
