Egyptians for Housing and Development Co. ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved to withhold dividends distribution for 2014 , the company said in a bourse statement.

The OGM decided to defer dividends amount to EGP 34.9 million to the next fiscal year.

Egyptians for Housing posted net profits of EGP 1.5 million in 2014.

The company is capitalised at EGP 183.4 million, divided into 91.7 million shares at EGP 2 par value each.
