Cairo-Mubasher: Pioneers Holding said Sunday that its board chairman Waleed Zaki has bought 1.85 million shares in the company at a total value of EGP 19.9 million.

The share purchase is aimed to boost Zaki’s stake in the company’s capital, Pioneers added.

Capitalised at EGP 2.5 billion, Pioneers operates in financial services via three investment arms.
