Beltone Financial set its fair value (FV) for Maridive and Oil Services at $0.83 per share, with a ‘hold’ recommendation.  

The EGX-listed offshore and marine services firm posted a surge of 252% in consolidated net profits for fiscal year 2014, up to $7.11 million from $2.02 million a year earlier.

Total revenues rose to $309.8 million from $278.9 million in 2013.

Meanwhile, the company’s stand-alone net profits amounted to $15.5 million, compared with $5.1 million in 2013.
