Arab Moltaqa Investments’ ordinary general meeting approved a dividend payout of EGP 0.50 per share.

The company reported net profits of EGP 39.6 million for 2014, compared with EGP 23.1 million for 2013, a rise of 71%.

The company is capitalised at EGP 197.94 million, divided into 19.8 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
