Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Co. reported consolidated net profits of EGP 40.2 million in 2014, compared with EGP 62.4 for the previous year, a decline of 35.5%.

Meanwhile, the company posted unconsolidated net profits of EGP 11.1 million for 2014, compared with EGB 34.5 million for 2013.

The company is capitalised at EGP 534 million, divided into 534 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
