Electro Cable–Egypt’s ordinary general meeting approved a bonus share distribution at a ratio of one  for 20.

The company’s net profits jumped four-fold in 2014, reaching EGP 43.7 million.

Electro Cable is capitalised at EGP 496.4 million, divided into 496.4 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
