Reacap Financial Investments Co.’s extraordinary ordinary general meeting decided against a proposal from August 2014 to raise the company’s issued capital from EGP 545.9 million to EGP 695.9 million.

The company currently operates with capital of EGP 545.9 million, divided into 109.2 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.

Reacap posted EGP 43.2 million in losses in 2014.
