Ameco Medical Industries said it will distribute a dividend payout of EGP 0.45 per share for the fiscal year 2014.

The company’s ordinary general meeting recently approved the dividend payout proposal for 2014.

Ameco Medical reported net profits of EGP 7.1 million for 2014, compared with EGP 9.6 million for the previous year.
