Cairo-Mubasher: Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) shareholders approved financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports, for the fiscal year 2014, the company said in a bourse filing Wednesday.

The telecom firm earlier posted EGP 264 million in consolidated net profits for 2014, a drop by 76% from EGP 1.1 billion a year earlier.
